How long does the authentication take  

We offer same-day authentication.

Once your photos are submitted clearly and correctly, your result is delivered within the same day.

Exotic and rare pieces are also accepted.

What do I need to submit?

You must upload:

  • Clear exterior photos (front, back, sides)
  • Close-up of logo stamp
  • Close-up of hardware
  • Interior photos
  • Date stamp

⚠️ Flash must be ON. Photos must be sharp and not blurry.

What happens if my item is not authentic?

If your item is determined to be not authentic, you will receive an official verdict stating so.

Please note: Authentication fees are non-refundable, as the service is based on expert time and analysis.

Is this service affiliated with Hermès?

No.

We are an independent professional authentication service and are not affiliated with Hermès.

Is my information confidential?

Absolutely.

All submissions are strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.

Can I get a refund after the result?

Due to the nature of digital authentication services, all sales are final.
